Overview
Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) (IATA: KUL, ICAO: WMKK) is the main international airport of Malaysia. Despite its name, it is not located within Kuala Lumpur, but rather in the Sepang District of Selangor, approximately 45 km (28 mi) south of the city, serving its greater conurbation. KLIA is the largest and busiest airport in the country and a mega-hub for Peninsular Malaysia.
